Eligibility
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (based on courier tracking).
- Item must be unused, in original packaging (including tags, accessories), and in re-sellable condition.
- Reasons covered:
- Product defect (broken, deformed, leaking gel)
- Wrong item (style or quantity different from order)
- Functional failure (e.g., fidget spinner won’t spin properly)
Non-eligible situations
- Change of mind (don’t like the color, texture, sound, etc.)
- Obvious signs of use (deformed, dirty, dusty)
- Hygiene reasons: certain squishy plushies and silicone rings are non-returnable once opened, unless defective
- Clearance / sale items or free gifts
Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- After confirmation, send the item(s) back to:

- Exchange: send a new item (free shipping)
- Refund: refund the product amount (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Refund method
- Refund to original payment method (credit card, FPS, PayMe, etc.) within 7–14 business days
- For cash payments, please provide bank account or FPS ID
