Eligibility

  1. Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (based on courier tracking).
  2. Item must be unused, in original packaging (including tags, accessories), and in re-sellable condition.
  3. Reasons covered:
    • Product defect (broken, deformed, leaking gel)
    • Wrong item (style or quantity different from order)
    • Functional failure (e.g., fidget spinner won’t spin properly)

Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. After confirmation, send the item(s) back to:
    Stessgo (Returns), Room 1203, 12/F, 888 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
  3. Once inspected and approved, we will:
    • Exchange: send a new item (free shipping)
    • Refund: refund the product amount (shipping fees are non-refundable)
