Our products are durability-tested. Under normal use, they can withstand thousands of squeezes or pops. Excessive force or sharp objects may cause damage — that is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Yes. Rinse gently with water or mild soap, then air dry. Do not use hot water or alcohol, as these may degrade the material.

It depends on the bearing. Most of our spinners are quiet or micro-sound, suitable for offices or libraries. If a spinner has a louder click or sound, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

It’s based on the final amount paid after discounts. For example, if you use a coupon and the total becomes HK$280, you will pay HK$30 for shipping.
